Product Warranty

All Apex Office Furniture products come with a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage

  • Peeling or lifting not caused by improper installation
  • Colour fading beyond normal levels within warranty period
  • Printing defects visible after installation
  • Our Installation Guarantee: If our team installs the product and it fails (e.g. peeling) within the first 48 hours, we will fix it or refund it.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper installation (if installed by a third party or yourself)
  • Moisture damage in non-waterproof products
  • Physical damage, tears, or scratches
  • Normal wear and tear

Assembly & Care Guide

  1. Assemble products on a flat, stable surface using the provided manual
  2. Tighten fasteners evenly; avoid over-tightening to prevent material damage
  3. Re-check all bolts/screws after 7 days of normal use
  4. Use a soft cloth for routine cleaning; avoid abrasive chemicals

Professional Assembly

We recommend professional assembly for larger workstations, executive desks, and meeting furniture. Contact us to arrange support. Where assembly visits apply, service and transport charges are confirmed before dispatch.
