Delivery Areas
We deliver across Kenya. Same-day delivery is available within select Nairobi areas for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders delivered within Kenya have a total estimated delivery time of 0 to 3 business days.
- Handling Time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday - Saturday)
- Transit Time: 0 to 2 business days (Monday - Saturday)
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (East Africa Time). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Processing occurs Monday to Saturday.
Shipping & Assembly Costs
Standard product shipping rate is KES 300 flat rate nationwide. Please Note: If you require professional furniture assembly, assembly fees and technician transport may be billed separately depending on order size and location. Where applicable, these fees are confirmed before dispatch.
